FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is the hot tub filled?

We will need to use a tap at your location, which we can attach our hosepipe to and fill the tub. We have kitchen tap adaptors to fill with hot water but this is dependent on your tap style.

What is the temperature of the hot tub?

The hot tubs heat up to 40 degrees – they can be made cooler if desired.

How long does it take for the inflatable hot tub to be setup?

It takes around 30mins to setup a hot tub and up to an hour if you include a gazebo. From then it will be a further 1 to 3 hours to fill the hot tub with water, depending on your water pressure.

If filling with cold water, once the pump is turned on, it will take around 24 hours to reach maximum temperature. If filling with hot, it will be ready to use as soon as it is filled!

Are your hot tubs safe for children?

Yes as long as supervised by an adult at all times. We recommend children that can not swim or touch the floor of the hot tub to wear arm bands or use a swimming float.

What we need from me to setup the hot tubs?

A level surface (no gradient or slope) of just over 2  x 2 meters, a power socket within 10 metres and an accessible tap within 15 metres. For a gazebo hire you will need a 3 x 3 meters area.

When will you deliver the hot tub?

Delivery of the hot tub will be made on the first day you select on the calendar. Available days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. For last minute Friday bookings please call us on 01642 980035.

How long does the hot tub stay hot for?

On average your hot tub will stay comfortably warm for around 3-4 hours when being used and heated up to 40 degrees, however this will be less in winter. This is with moderate bubble usage, if the bubble system is constantly ran, your water heat loss rate will increase!
